Each year in October McMahon Associates gets involved in breast cancer awareness month. For a price the employees can buy a pink t-shirt to wear on Fridays during the month of October.

Each year the McMahon Way organization selects a nonprofit cancer organization to receive the funds raised by the employees. In 2019, the Spierings Cancer foundation had the privilege of receiving $2,400.00 from this employee fundraiser.
