I CAN-SUR FIVE 5K Walk

I CAN-SUR FIVE 5k participant registration. Register yourself and your team of walkers*. Donations of $35.00 or more per participant will receive an I CAN-SUR FIVE 5k t-shirt and an admission wristband to Rock Cancer (value $5 each)

**To guarantee a t-shirt, you must register before Aug 3rd. Pick up the morning of the walk, August 19th.
