We invite you and your family members to walk in honor of your loved one battling cancer. The I CAN-SUR FIVE 5K Presented by ThedaCare will be the morning of Rock Cancer. Registration is located at Doyle Park, starting at 11:00 with the walk beginning at 12:00. Our beautiful walk will take us along the Fox River which brings you to Heesakkers Park and then through a nice quiet residential area of Little Chute and ending at Doyle Park.

Registration of $35.00 for the walk will include an I CAN-SUR FIVE 5K t-shirt and $5 admission into Rock Cancer.

Register online before Aug 1st to guarantee a t-shirt. Shirts will be distributed the morning of the walk, August 16th at registration. 

Our 5K committee is busy putting the finishing touches on 2025 walk day… but we’d still love to have you join us!
Online registration is closed, but you can still sign up in person. Just head to Doyle Park in Little Chute at 11:00 AM with $35 (cash or check), and we’ll get you all set for a great day.
